INFORMATION ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

JForce believes in the importance to the protection of personal data and your security, and we present our information note on the "Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK)" that we have issued in this context:

JForce , in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK")" with this "Information" letter that we have prepared as "Data Controllers”, we hereby share our policy of data processing and storage:

Your personal data that you have shared with our company due to being a company employee or for the services you are providing to JForce we process and store your data and we would like to inform about the purpose for which your personal data will be processed, by whom and for what purpose your processed personal data can be transferred, the method and legal reason for the collection of your personal data and your other rights listed in Article 11 of the KVKK.

Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data:

Your personal data will be used to provide services related to the activities of our company and to increase the quality of these services, to comply with information storage, reporting and informing obligations.

Your personal data will not be used for purposes other than the above-mentioned purposes without your explicit consent, and will not be shared or transferred to third parties, except for legal obligations and official institutions/organizations.

JForce, the personal data in question only; Based on the “explicit consent of its employees, customers or other persons”, in order to provide opportunities and opportunities and to increase service quality; It may be shared with public institutions or organizations that are authorized to request this data as required by a joint venture or a legal obligation, and with our contracted institutions, suppliers and business partners, provided that adequate precautions are taken.

Method of Personal Data Collection:

Your personal data may be collected verbally, in writing or electronically through channels such as our company, our subsidiaries, our business partners with whom we cooperate or have a contractual relationship, in accordance with the legislation in force.

Keeping Your Personal Data Accurate and Up-to-Date:

Those who share their personal data with JForce know that the accuracy and up-to-date keeping of this information is important both in terms of the rights they have over their personal data in terms of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and other relevant legislation, and they have accepted and declared that the responsibilities arising from giving false information will be entirely their own.

Please notify hr@jforce.com about your changes and/or updates regarding your personal data that you have shared.

Deletion, Destruction or Anonymization of Your Personal Data:

Your personal data is processed for the purposes specified in this Information text; When the purpose that requires processing according to KVKK policy 7/1 disappears and the Turkish Legislation Article 138 requirements are fulfilled it will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized and continued to be used by us when the periods determined by the Laws expire.

Measures Regarding the Protection of Personal Data:

Personal data is an important issue for us. JForce undertakes to keep your personal data confidential, to take all necessary technical and administrative measures and to show due diligence to ensure confidentiality and security. Although our company takes the necessary information security measures, if personal data is damaged as a result of attacks on the website and its systems, or if it is in the hands of third parties, JForce will immediately notify you and the Personal Data Protection Board.

Your Other Rights Enumerated in Article 11 of KVKK:

By applying to our company, your personal data;

a) learning whether it has been processed,has been

b) requesting information if it is processed,

c) learning the purpose of the processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,

d) knowing the third parties to whom it has been transferred in the country / abroad,

e) requesting correction if it is incomplete / wrongly processed,

f) request deletion/destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK Law,

g) to request notification of the transactions made in accordance with subparagraphs (d) and (e) above, to the third parties to which it has been transferred,

h) to object to the emergence of a result against you; because data is analyzed exclusively by automatic systems to,

i) you have the right to demand the removal of damage in your incurring losses due to the unlawful processing of the case.
